My Story

Some people learn to survive by hardening.

I survived by writing.

I'm a multi-genre writer and poet who exploring grief, trauma, and the emotional weight people carry.

I'm a veteran.

A survivor.

A woman who has carried loss and rebuilt herself more than once.

My work is not tidy.

It's not polite

and don't be afraid to hurt.

I write for the people who feel too much, and carry memories they can't speak out loud.

If my words make someone feel less alone, then every wound found its purpose.
