From Me:

Writing is my way of speaking the things I'm unable to say out loud yet. I am still healing. I know some don't trust talking to a complete stranger- reach out to family and friends. Let them know if you are wanting to just sit together or if you want to talk. Your loved ones are there to help you through these rough times.

Seeing a therapist isn't weak of you- also not every therapist is the same. I've went through over 10 until I found the one that is actually incredible.
I've went to therapists that were falling asleep while I spoke and some that just told me I needed more medications and some tried telling me when I feel anxious to pinch myself - I can say I plan to write these in a book one day; but don't let the terrible ones put a bad taste in your mouth.
